Who doesn’t like something new? We at NDrive certainly do, and when the opportunity arose to move an abysmal 10 meters to more comfortable facilities that better fit our dimension, we had the good sense to take those short steps.
It was important for us to remain at the same Business hub, Lionesa is densely populated with tech companies, it has the architectural charm of a large industrial unit from the 1st half of the 20th century and it’s surrounded by nature, historical monuments and excellent services that include a nearby international airport.
As soon as our team entered the new space and started working, it stopped being just an office space and became NDrive’s headquarters, this is due to the nature of what we do. Navigation and map building are highly specialized works, but most of what we actually need to build our products and services is within the knowledge we accumulated during the last 16 years.
That being said, we’re still a team, and any self-respecting team must have some sort of stadium with its motto, colors and accolades. It’s all part of building a spirit, and then caring for and maintaining it.
The space is composed of two floors, with both open spaces and individual offices. Downstairs you can hang out at the kitchen area or play some games at the properly named game room. The whole building is perfectly bathed in natural light, and well placed glass walls help enhance the space without making it feel cold or overly exposed.
The project of customizing the office fell upon our very own design team. The artwork is composed of NDrive’s color palette with our traditional black, white and red elements and several visual cues that are instantly relatable to navigation, digital mapping and location services. On our walls you can see our logo, taglines and even a short story of our evolution as a company.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve just joined us or if your current work is solely focused on a single current project we’ve just taken on, our very own walls help tell our story. If you liked what you’ve seen and these words somehow resonated with you, maybe this can be your home away from home too. Everyone is quite adept at English, we are open to presential, hybrid and remote work and we’re always looking for new enthusiastic people to build up our team.
